Meet the CA Care Administration Team

My name is Chelsea and I am 20 years old, I have been working for CA Care for 3 years. From the day I started I have always said that I have the best job. I feel more than privileged to go to work every day knowing that I have a contribution in helping our people work towards their life goals and knowing I have a part in their progress and achievements.

Every day is a new adventure and there is always something to look forward to. I can say that in the last 3 years, not only have I seen our people grow and achieve new things, I have definitely grown a lot as a person and developed a lot of life skills myself. I now know how to cook a sophisticated meal!!

In my time at CA Care, I have got to experience many BBQs, picnics, bushwalks, beach swims, going to the movies, shopping, carnivals, reptile parks and even Wet and Wild. In the last 3 months, I have been agiven the opportunity to become a senior worker. I absolutely love this position and I am continuing to grow every day. I am so grateful to be a support worker and am so glad I got into this position. I wouldn't change it for the world!!

My name is Stephen and I have been with CA Care for almost 3 years, like all jobs starting at the bottom working upwards whilst training. I have had a lot of positive life experiences with CA as well as furthering my skills for work. I am part of a team of people that have become like family so I enjoy coming to work daily.

I have been working for CA Care Services for nearly three years. It has been an enjoyable experience. I have learnt a lot through the clients and other staff. CA Care gave me an opportunity when no one else would and allowed me to broaden my horizons, where I learned new skills beneficial to the clients and myself.
